The setting is particularly good and unbeatable, near Santa Maria Novella, tram station, railway station, and the center. the staff is very very nice, an absolute asset to this place.

Mind-blowing spacious room with a jaw-dropping dressing room and a super-sized bathroom. The staff was absolutely amazing and the hotel was sparkling clean. Wi-fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and express check-in/out were available. Pets allowed and AC in non-smoking rooms. Free breakfast and kitchen facilities were an absolute plus. The tram and bus stops nearby made exploring the city a breeze. The cherry on top was the lovely sheltered garden. Absolutely an incredible stay!
